Here is a pretty cool video that talks about six different types for students that might be attending your church or outreach events.
What type of student do you mostly interact with or come across?
Is there any other type you would add to the list? and
What have been some of your experiences interacting with these types of students and what have you learnt from them?

What is your 'Points of view'?
Via: onlineschools.org
I have always been an optimist. No matter how bad the situation looks I always look for light at the end of the tunnel. I believe my faith in God has a lot to do with it. Being an optimist has helped me many times in my life. I think that optimism is very important for a person to have especially if he or she is a leader.
I came across this picture earlier today and wanted to know what you thought about it and also ask you a few questions.....
what is your point of view?
Do you want to change your point of view?
Why do you want to change or stay the same?

Knockout Entrepreneur by George Foreman (Book Review)
George Foreman shares with the readers the knowledge and insight that he has gained regarding business from being a world famous former Heavyweight Boxing Champion and presently a well known entrepreneur.
He shares fourteen principles in the book, that have helped him succeed both in boxing and business. He writes about the tough times and struggles he faced, the mistakes he made and how he overcame them and what he learnt from them. Even though some of the principles might not be new to readers who are familiar with business books, there are certain things that you can learn from the stories that he shares from his life.
There are a lot of leadership principles and lessons that can be applied to everyday life. The questions at the end of each chapter help with coming up with ideas and plans that can be implemented in the readers life.
The book will also be a good read for anyone interested in biographies since he shares a lot of stories from his life. If gives you an opportunity to get to know the person.
I would recommend this book for anyone that is looking for practical principles and help in business or leadership. Even though the book mainly focuses on entrepreneurship, the principles can be applied in school and work as well.
Happy reading!

The Power of time off - Stefan Sagmeister
Here is a very interesting talk on the idea of taking time off. As Christians we are familiar with the word "sabbath" but very few christians actually practice it on a regular basis.
After watching the talk, I wondered what would happen if we gave "off time" for the people who work in our churches. What kind of impact and affect would that have?
I would really like your thoughts on this topic.....
