- Vision: You need to know where you are going. It needs to be common to everyone involved.
- Values: You need to have values, because values is what will guide you through the process.
- Strategy: The strategy of how you plan to accomplish your goals is what makes you/you organization unique from the others.
When you find high performance people in you team/business/organization, give them clear goals to focus and don't place too many restrictions.
