As I thought more about
What's at stake? I began to think about the responsibility that leaders have in make sure that the people following know
what's at stake. It is vital that the people following know
what's at stake because if they don't, there is a high possibility that they will not give it all they've got towards what you are doing together.
Other than casting vision, what are some of the ways that you can let the people following know
what's at stake and get more commitment from them?
Please jump in and let me know your thoughts. how do you increase the level of commitment from people following you? Does anything change in the case of volunteers?
