- People judge you based on how you act or react after you make a mistake.
- Don't procrastinate. Have courage to make the decisions.
- Innovation is a vital key to revive american business.
- Always hire great people. People who are smarter than you.
- Ask yourself if you would work for the person you are about to hire.
- If the answer is no, why would you place him over other people in the company.
- A double standard will not work. Deal with it now!
- Deal with change. Don't keep resisting.
- Don't manage numbers. Manage your business.
- Are you passionate about your business?
- Take on the most difficult job. Face reality head on. You cannot hide from it.
- Leadership is a full time job. Not just in business but also in personal life.
- Your not a leader until you turn around and see if someone is following you.
- You don't need a title to lead.
