Even when we are doing a good job of leading, there is always room for improvement and 'crap' that needs to be removed.

I have always been an optimist. No matter how bad the situation looks I always look for light at the end of the tunnel. I believe my faith in God has a lot to do with it. Being an optimist has helped me many times in my life. I think that optimism is very important for a person to have especially if he or she is a leader.
