2. A leaders constant companion is PAIN.
3. There is a difference between stupid pain and purposeful pain.

5. The difference between where you are where God wants you to be is the painful decision that you are unwilling to make.
6. Increase the threshold of pain in: 1. Unjustified criticism and rejection 2. Making the hard decisions and 3. To endure the pain of pruning.
7. It can be very easy to slip into a people pleasing mode.
8. The quickest way to forget what God thinks about us is to become obsessed about what people think about us.
9. Dont worry when people criticize you.
10. To reach no one is reaching you have to do things no one is doing.
11. You cannot please everyone but you can please God.
12. Leaders need to have the courage to make the hard decisions.
13. The short term pain will be worth the long term gain.
14. If you blame yourself for the decline you will take the credit for the increase.
15. You have to be willing to walk through the pain.
16. Your mind is often the greatest obstacle.
17. There is more in you! Push through the pain!!
